please add more options to create Watch, e.g. Tags, Author and partial word search.
Also would be great to have not only official feed date, but reseiving date as well.

You can watch for tags and author names using the "tag" and "author" prefixes. For example:

tag:economy author:doctorow

will match articles about the economy by Cory Doctorow.

You can match partial words by including an asterisk (*) on the front or end of a word. For example:

cat*

will match, "cat", "cats" and "catastrophe".
