Wonder if there would be any interest in someone making a Snarfer plugin supporting XMLTV data files?  Similar to an eBay or CraigsList search feature, the plugin could allow users to create XMLTV searches based on locally stored XMLTV data (via mc2xml or www.schedulesdirect.org, etc).  Searches could be based on show name, title, etc.

Okay, so many of you probably have a Tivo with a "wishlist" feature..  not everyone does (I don't!)...    but I'd still love to know when particular episodes of shows or movies I'd like to catch are going to air, without having to go to some TV guide website every week searching for them...

To date I haven't found any freeware tool out there that I can use to notify me of such upcoming programs..  if there's something out there available, rather than a new feature into Snarfer, I'm all ears..
