Snarfer makes extensive use of the right-mouse button to activate context menus. Always remember to right-click on messages and folders to access extra features.

Options Dialog Box #1 - Proxy Settings





Options Dialog Box #2 - Internal browser settings controls how links are handled. [Never] opens original message and all links in the user's default browser, [For original article only] opens the original message in the preview pane and links within the preview pane will open in user's default browser, and [For all links] opens all links within the preview pane.

Mark items read controls the time before a message is marked automatically as read once highlighted in list. Right-clicking on a one or more messages allows users to toggle messages as read or unread.

Mark ALL Messages Read Quickly - Right-click on root Message Folder. This feature also works on a per feed basis by right-clicking on an individual feed (not folder). Also note that users may collapse/expand folders from this menu.




Folders - Create and name folders, subfolders to your hearts content.




Adding feeds is easy.




Adding feeds via OPML files is easy.




Web Search - Right-clicking on a folder brings up the web search dialog.




Web Search - Second dialog allows user to select engines to search.




Web Search - Next the user selects a folder to save the search.




Web Search - When finished the search acts like an RSS feed and is updated the same.




Database Search - Clicking on the magnifying glass brings up the message database search dialog.
